AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Los Angeles Mental Health & Wellness Center (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

Supplemental Terms
Any supplemental terms and policies are hereby expressly incorporated. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, with updates effective upon posting.

Use Restrictions
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Users under 18 must have parental permission.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on the Site is our proprietary property. You are granted a limited license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Site, you represent that:
(1) you have legal capacity and agree to these Terms;
(2) you are not a minor, or have obtained parental consent;
(3) you will not use the Site for unlawful purposes;
(4) your use does not violate any applicable law.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Upload harmful material or spam;
Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Users may not submit content unless explicitly enabled. We are not responsible for user content and retain rights to remove any that violate our terms.

Any submissions you provide are non-confidential and become our sole property, without compensation.

TERM & TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause.

MODIFICATIONS & INTERRUPTIONS
We may modify or discontinue the Site at any time. We are not liable for any loss due to downtime or changes.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal negotiations for 30 days precede arbitration. If unresolved, disputes are settled by binding arbitration under AAA rules in Los Angeles, California.

DISCLAIMER
The Site is provided “as-is.” We disclaim all warranties and are not responsible for damages arising from your use.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to $2,500 or the amount paid by you to us, whichever is less.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify us from any claims related to your Site use.

USER DATA
We maintain necessary data and disclaim liability for loss or corruption of user data.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using the Site, you consent to electronic communications.

CALIFORNIA USERS
California users may contact the Department of Consumer Affairs if issues remain unresolved.

MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms represent the entire agreement. If any part is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remain effective.
